Annual Renewal

As of 2013, the SALPN annual renewal became 100% online.  All members who have a valid email address will be receiving their renewal information electronically near the end of September. 

Within these renewal packages, the SALPN members will find their own personal User ID and Password along with complete instructions of how to renew their licenses online as well as CEP information.  Renewals received between December 1st- 31st will be subject to a $100 late fee.  Online renewal will only available until 11:59pm on December 31st so make sure you renew on time to avoid additional re-instatement fees.

Accept forms of payment for online renewal are:

  • VISA/MasterCard
  • Cheque/Money Order
  • NEW - Interac Online

Current subscribers to the SALPN’s Pre-Authorized Payment Plan (PPP) must still renew their licensure online.  The renewal system will recognize the subscriber and once the application for renewal as well as the final PPP payment is received by the SALPN, the renewal will be processed.

Additionally, members who are enrolled in an employer payroll deduction program must also renew their annual SALPN license online.
