What is the Continuing Education Portfolio?

The continuing education portfolio for LPNs in Saskatchewan is an ongoing means of ensuring professional accountability.

This portfolio has been designed to assist you, the member.  It contains:

  • An overview of the CEP point structure;
  • A definition of the three CEP categories (Education, Reading, Professional Activity);
  • A diary for recording education activities.

At renewal time, you can then refer to this and record the appropriate information on your renewal form.

The SALPN will be conducting random registration audits.  This portfolio will be a valuable asset should you be selected for an audit.
