Each year renewal forms are sent to all practicing and non-practicing LPNs at the beginning of October.  Completed renewal forms must be submitted by December 1.  Renewal forms submitted after the December 1 deadline are subject to a late fee.  Incomplete renewal forms are not accepted and are returned to the individual for completion, if the completed form is returned after the December 1 deadline, the late fee will apply.

For the 2011 renewal season, the SALPN is hoping to offer an on-line process. Details will be distributed to LPNs prior to the 2011 renewal season.
